Simon has been teaching yoga for 15 years, and practising since he was in his teens. As well as teaching yoga, he is also a qualified Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer, and he draws on this unique skill set to combine classical and traditional yoga with modern exercise science to create a unique yoga class. He teaches Hatha, Sivananda and Yin Yoga, and unless stated otherwise, his classes are open to all levels of practitioner, from beginner to more experienced yogi.
