Sue qualified as an economist at university. She discovered Pilates while suffering from depression and anxiety. She felt she was loosing control of her life. Pilates helped her overcome depression becoming more happy and with with a more positive outlook on life. Regular Pilates has helped control stresses of her life. Sue recognised that Pilates is a mental and physical practise as well as a life long discipline of understanding the body and exploring its tremendous gifts.
With this understanding Sue decide to change her career. She completed her Comprehensive Teacher Training Program through the Balanced Body University. Sue is a patient and compassionate teacher. She finds inspiration in teaching to all levels. Her style eclectic,purposeful! Sue’s focus on total body conditioning.
After her classes, you will literally feel improved body strength, and flexibility while losing fat and getting toned which will lead to improved fitness.
