Zoe is passionate about leading a healthy and balanced lifestyle through challenging training and clean eating. She uses a mixture of crossfit, strength and conditioning, TRX, kettlebells, reformer Pilates, and general gym-based exercise.
Zoe has always maintained an athletic lifestyle but decided to work with a personal trainer in order to further develop my fitness. This supervised training led to a dramatic physical and mental progression and opened her eyes to the enormous benefits of PT.
Now, as a fully-qualified personal trainer, Zoe is driven by the desire to help others transform their lives through structured, intelligent exercise. Zoe works on functional movements we use in everyday life, but doing so through a varied programme of exercises and equipment. There’s nothing worse than getting bored in the gym.
In addition to being a one of the best personal trainers in West London, Zoe also works as a fitness model and is an ambassador for UK fitness brand Every Second Counts, the sportswear company run by our own Sally Dixon.
